Yancy Mattheis – Senior Real Estate Manager

Yancy has experienced many facets of real estate investing over the years.  He started out as a property manager for a Houston based commercial property investment company and quickly became their technology and operations lead.  After the company was sold, Yancy took a detour into the IT field using the technology and operations skills he acquired to propel him into middle management positions over the next 24 years.

In recent years he has focused on building his own real estate business in the single-family residential market, and after being laid off from his full-time job, has started pursuing Real Estate Investing on a full-time basis.  In his own words, “I buy houses in the greater Houston area and have extensive knowledge and experience helping people solve their current situations.  I’m a full-time Real Estate Investor, utilizing the experience and skills gained working in the Commercial Real Estate and Insurance Industries. In recent years I have refocused on building my own real estate business in the single-family residential market. I help distressed property owners resolve their current situations with a focus on win-win solutions, using multiple creative strategies to maximize their offer.”

Outside of his business interests, Yancy is married and has two college-age children.  He enjoys road biking and as an extension of his favorite sport of soccer, he is the Co-Chairman for FC Bayern Munich Fan Club of Texas.
